Knitting (I put this first in case you don’t want to read the personal content)
Lady February – I am now on the lace part of the sweater. The garter seemed to go on forever for some reason but the lace pattern is so easy to do and it is coming along quite nicely. Perhaps the garter felt like it went on forever because I had to rip it out and restart on US7’s rather than the US6’s I was using.
Wedding Blanket – (aka Lizard Ridge) is starting to come along. I am almost done my first block. If in September I can knit 1.25 squares a day I will have it done before October 1 and then have time to put it together. I know 1.25 blocks a day is not going to happen, but I think that I can do a block in 2-3 hours. So weekend knitting time is dedicated to that.
Car Knitting – I am currently working on a garter scarf. Basic. Easy. No Brainer.
Ravelympics – I finished two cowls. I had high hopes of doing more, but with it being summer and us always being at the Polo Field my knitting time was drastically reduced.
As for Spinning – I have a few one night stands lined up.
Since I will be watching the 90210 season premiere, I think that Brandon will be my choice for that night.
Personal Stuff
1 commentI have a problem
Having only one problem is of course not the case, but this is a big one.
I am running out of room for my roving in the “upstairs” yarn room. I need another cedar chest.

1. Are you truly politically correct? Be honest. Nope. Far from it.
2. Will you ever streak in public during rush hour? Nope. Not that gutsy.
3. Would you ever do something sexual in public (more than 20 people around)? Yes. And have.
4. Do you ever not have good table manners? Yup. I’m not perfect.
5. Do you ever fantasize about a public sexual act? Describe. Hell yes. But its a bit too graphic for this blog. Or perhaps I just want to keep it to myself.
TMI Tuesday
1. What is your favorite song to have sex to? don’t have one
2. What is your vision of hell? a place where I can’t have orgasms, but am always stimulated
3. In the film made of your life, who will play you? why would I want a film of my life, it would be x-rated anyways
4. What is the one thing you most urgently need to tell your mom? that i love her
5. What will be carved onto your tombstone? don’t know that one, plus I’ll be dead and gone by then so what would it matter?
And the bonus: What is your drag name (which would be, first name: the name of your first pet; last name: the name of the street you grew up on)? Angel Tabor Wasilow
Ravelympics have arrived
The Olympics have started and so have I. Since I set such high goals for myself, I figured I should actually show you the projects just to keep myself on track and ensure I update once the Olympics are done. So. Pictures. Most of which you have seen before. So walk on if you don’t want to see them again. Cheers.

nap time
I really have little to say right now of any importance. But here is a quick update.
I joined up with ravelympics on Ravelry. I have a very ambitious goal. But, isn’t that the Olympics is about? People pushing themselves to their limits and then going just that much further.
- Finish my February Lady Sweater
- Finish Pretty in Pink Sweater
- 4 squares for Lizard Ridge
- 2 Cowls out of handspun
- Spin 20 ounces of fibr
Pretty ambitious. I am looking forward to the challenge. It would mean, if I do the two sweaters, that would be three sweaters this summer.
I have a few days off of work and right now, I feel like all my tiredness over the last few weeks has caught up with me. I am a bit burnt out (ok a lot burnt out).
