A Knitting Affair

Life has been busy and hectic the last few weeks. I have been meaning to blog but then I get either distracted or sidetracked by work, home, kid, shiny things.

I am going to try to get back into the regularly scheduled program. To get going, I am getting caught up on my TMI Tuesday posts:

4. If your partner brought a double dildo to bed, you’d be ____________? Happy and turned on. Jumping it and him right away. I would also ask who else got to use it with me, or who I got to use it on
5. What sounds to you make during sex. Depends on whether my face is shoved in the pillow, there are other people around or if the window’s are open. I can be a bit loud (understatement I am told) when I am looping in my orgasms

Bonus (as in optional): Tell your worst break up story. Wow. I think it was when I was 19. The guy I was seeing/dating/but not dating and I were out with a bunch of our friends. We both were seeing other people at the time. I happened to be with one of his best friends. He didn’t know. When he found out it got quite nasty. I think that he was hurt and jealous, but really had no reason to be as were weren’t together. Our friends didn’t want to leave us alone together as they had never seen him so mad. Of course there is more to the story than this. I can’t really think of a “worst” break up story.

3. What is the number one thing your love/hate about gay people? When they have to make it a point to let you know that they are gay. That it is a part of their identity. I am bisexual, openly bisexual, but it does not define who I am
4. If you could legally get married to “the fella” – or any fella – would you? yes
5. Have you ever worn short short shorts in public? god no

Okay, now that we got the too much information out of the way, lets return to knitting shall we. That is why I have this blog after all. Heaven forbid it be more than that!

KFB Stuff:

We have started a fibre club. SO EXCITED. Our first shipment is slated to go out on June 15. There are a few spots left if you want to join.

Knitting:

I have signed up for the 52 Pair Plunge II. It started on June 1 and runs to May 31, 2009. I have NO clue if I will be able to complete all the socks but I am going to try. I have also signed up for the ‘08 Summer of Socks and am hoping that I will be able to get a good chunk done during the summer. And being the joiner that I am, I have also signed up for the Tour de France KAL.  Lastly, I have slowly been updating my stash on Ravelry.
